With 20+ years of experience in creative direction and brand strategy, Maria has helped shape household brands, Fortune 500 organizations, and guided emerging founders through the deeper work of reconnecting identity with what they are building.

Her approach does not start with tactics — it starts with alignment. Maria is also a certified life coach and co-founder of a women’s wellness brand, bringing a rare integration of creative excellence, strategic clarity, and emotional intelligence to every room in the House.

She serves as Board Member and Strategic Partner with Top 100 Powerful Black Women and is a member of the Nasdaq Milestone Circle.

A letter from Maria Lören

Why I Built the House

For over twenty years, I walked into rooms and made them better.

I brought the vision, the strategy, the craft that turned brands from forgettable into iconic.

I sat at tables where millions moved and companies learned to mean something — and I gave everything I had to make that happen.

And I was great at it. Undeniably great.

But somewhere inside all of that excellence, I noticed something. The women around me — brilliant, deeply gifted women — were exhausted in a particular way. Not just tired. Depleted. Pouring from a place that never got refilled. Proving themselves over and over in rooms that kept moving the bar. Building other people’s legacies beautifully while their own vision quietly waited.

I was tired of watching it. And eventually, I was tired of living it.

I didn’t want to keep making other people’s visions magnificent while the women I admired most were running on empty — second-guessing themselves, shrinking to fit spaces that were never designed with them in mind.

So I built a space that was.

Not a course. Not a coaching program. Not another room where you have to earn your seat before anyone listens.

A House. With rooms designed for the work that doesn’t show up on a résumé but changes everything — your clarity, your creativity, your voice, your capacity to build your brand, lead, and create impact without losing yourself in the process.
